Iberian Montellano Supreme Ham

This Acorn-fed 100 % Iberian Montellano Supreme Ham is one of a 300-pieces Limited Edition, made from our most selected pigs of the 2014 and 2015 acorn seasons.

The content of non-saturated, oleic fat acids in this magnificent piece reaches an exceptionally high level of between 56 % and 57%, showing the Extremadura and Sierra de Sevilla’s dehesas (Mediterranean oak woodland) extraordinary environment and the exceptional quality of the acorns that our free-ranging pigs could freely eat during the months prior to their sacrifice.

These hams were salted following the traditional method and have slowly matured in natural cellars from more than 45 months until reaching their perfect maturing point.

From free-range acorn-fed pigs. Carefully controlled salting process. A long maturing period ranging from 32 to 42 months brings out an exceptional taste.

These hams weight 7kg to 10kg. To make it easy to enjoy our ham’s taste to the full, they are also offered de-boned and vacuum packed in half or whole pieces. Also available sliced by hand and pre-sliced in 50-grams and 100-grams packages.

These hams weight 7kg to 10kg. To make it easy to enjoy our hams’ taste to the full, they are also offered de-boned and vacuum packed in half or whole pieces. Also available sliced by hand and pre-sliced in 50-grams and 100-grams packages.

IBERIAN CEBO HAM

Iberian cebo ham is made from Iberian cebo pigs. It is made through a very precise ageing process of at least 24 months or more and it is kept under carefully guarded and
controlled conditions during the salting process. It is that process that creates the characteristic aroma and exceptional taste of the Iberian cebo ham.

Its weight varies between approximately 7kg to 10kg. In order to make it more convenient for the consumer, our Iberian ham is de-boned and it comes in vacuum sealed packaging. It is cut and packaged as a half piece or whole. In addition, we have knife-cut slices of ham available in vacuum sealed packaging of 50gr. and 100gr. We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to enjoy the full taste of Iberian quality ham at its optimum curing point.
